Technical Sales & Operations Supervisor - Dubai

We are hiring a motivated Technical Sales & Operations Supervisor (Maintenance) to grow our maintenance-service business and lead a hands-on field team. This role sits at the intersection of service delivery and commercial development — you’ll win and manage maintenance contracts while ensuring the team delivers quality, timely work to clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate, negotiate and manage maintenance service contracts and service-level agreements.
• Lead, schedule and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor daily operations, allocate resources, and manage work schedules to maximise efficiency.
• Track job progress, report operational issues, and ensure follow-through on pending tasks and client requests.
• Support sales efforts by preparing proposals, pricing service packages and following up on leads.
Requirements
• Proven experience in maintenance operations and service sales.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise technical teams and manage field staff.
• Solid technical understanding of maintenance activities and related systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work under pressure.
