Technical Lead - IT Support Required in Dubai

· Effectively communicate with existing clients to understand requirements and recommend IT solutions that best meet client needs.

· Design solutions that best meet client requirements and confidently present it to key decision makers at client side.

· Handle L2 & L3 level requests and escalations.

· Effectively manage resource utilization of the technical team to achieve maximum productivity.

· Lead planning and implementation of all business-critical systems such as Networking, Microsoft Products, Hybrid or on-premises to Cloud Migrations Support Services, Firewall Management, Backup and Recovery Services etc. for existing and on-demand clients.

· Act as a senior agent who will drive customer satisfaction through customer support.

· Lead projects to upskill internal support staff and build a strong technical team.

· Be the point of contact when it comes to technical escalations for the remote and onsite support team.

· Handle technical support enquiries from clients and design solutions that best fulfils the requirements.

· Act as a mentor and provide oversight, coaching, and training to junior support staff.

· Oversee the deployment of any solution and share periodic status update internally on the progress with clients and internally to the management.

· Work to create any relevant support material to maximize the knowledge base and simplify future delegation for the same tasks.

· Review existing technical support processes and prepare documentations to drive continuous improvement.

· Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement and seeing it through.

· Optimize or set internal processes that guarantees best service delivery for our clients.

Key Areas of Expertise Needed

Technical Skills

· Network Design, Implementation, Administration and Troubleshooting

· Server Administration and Troubleshooting (AD, Group Policies, VMWare)

· Security Solution Design, Administration and Troubleshooting

· Backup Solution Design, Implementation and Troubleshooting

· VPN Implementation and Troubleshooting

· Microsoft Products ( O365, SharePoint, Intune, Azure )

Other Qualifications

· Certifications in Networking and Microsoft Products
