Teaching Assistant REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are an expat family residing in Dubai, UAE looking for a full time female Teaching Assistant with good manners/character and preferably who is herself a mother on a long term basis. We have 2 sons aged 7 and 9 (turning 10 this year) and are our expecting our third new born by end of this month.

Offered Salary: AED 1500/- per month, Sharing accommodation is offered within 5 km radius of the children's residence, transport to/from home provided, mobile phone allowance and on duty meals (Usually breakfast, lunch and tea breaks), employment visa, 1 month paid annual leave, medical health insurance and 1 return flight ticket every 2 years are provided.

We have enrolled our children into an online school and are looking for someone who can

1) Work full time at our home (currently Warqa, Dubai, UAE) - the working hours would be 7:30am-5:30pm, 5 days a week Sun - Thursday, but she may also have to do Zoom sessions (or something similar) later during the evenings depending on the need of the children's education/practice. Sometimes, the teacher may need to remind the children on Friday morning and Sunday evening remotely of their class schedule but their physical presence is not usually expected.
2) The job does NOT involve teaching most subjects but it is rather meant to supervise/facilitate the study and ensure discipline, good manners, etc are being observed. The exception to this maybe handwriting subjects and maybe some help for the younger son.
3) teach handwriting of both English and Arabic script (we are not looking at calligraphy - just good readable handwriting)
4) Comprehend English very well and speak the same atleast well enough for the parents, students and teachers to understand. She should be liasoning between parents, students and teachers from time to time.
5) setup and plan schedules for children and update them as required.
6) Research on extra curriculur activites and propose the parents appropriate activites suitable for the children
7) Do any coordination role for children's learning, development and play related activities including talking to parent's or guardians of other children (friends or family)
8) While this job is not a live-in job, there maybe times for example when parents go for vacation, or during any temporary absence of the parents, it would be preferable if the teaching assistant is willing to stay at the home during such periods. In such a situation, all meals would be provided.
9) Sit with the children to make them to all their practice work and facilitate them with their activities and projects.

The candidate does NOT need to have formal educational background in teaching or professional teaching experience. If you have fluent English, are already a mother who have the knack for handling young children, have patience, do not angry easily but have a dominant personality, who can enforce discipline on children , who can understand even if not have the ability to teach the subjects taught to students by teachers, are okay with the salary offered as mentioned above, please apply at the earliest.
