Talent Development Specialist Required in Dubai

As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our employees' skills, knowledge, and capabilities. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating various talent development programs and initiatives that align with our company's strategic objectives. Your focus will be on promoting continuous learning, employee growth, and talent retention.

Key Accountabilities:

Collaborate with department heads and HR partners to identify talent development needs and gaps.
Design and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
Conduct skills assessments and training needs analysis to tailor programs for different employee groups.
Utilize e-learning platforms and other tools to deliver virtual and on-demand training resources.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and subject matter experts when necessary.

Expected Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field

Experience and Skills Set:

3– 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in instructional design principles and training delivery methods.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Certification in talent development or related field (e.g., CIPD) is a plus.
