We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai.
Position: Recruiter Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Post vacancies across relevant platforms and attract qualified candidates
Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Work closely with HR manager to understand staffing needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
Organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn is an advantage
