We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and results-driven Real Estate Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in recruiting top-performing real estate professionals in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, an established industry network, and a proven ability to attract, assess, and hire high-caliber sales talent in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment of high-performing Real Estate Agents and Sales Professionals.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate talent.
Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, industry networks, and other sourcing channels to identify top candidates.
Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Consistently achieve recruitment KPIs and meet agreed hiring targets and timelines.
Develop and implement effective talent sourcing and recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
Support and strengthen the company’s employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports to management.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate recruitment or talent acquisition in Dubai.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its talent landscape.
Established network of real estate agents and sales professionals is highly preferred.
Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and successfully hiring sales professionals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or Other language is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a target-driven environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
