Must

English speaker - native or bilingual level / French a bonus but not a must
Driven, passionate, proactive, ambitious, can think outside of the box & strong sales acumen
Excellent at relationship-building & grow a network
Can handle pressure & hit targets - a true salesperson !
Standard HR skills will not be enough for this position, you need to be a go-getter individual

Responsibilities

Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Strategy / implementation to hire the best
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Meet weekly quotas related to calls, interviews and candidate contacted
Onboarding candidates

Qualifications

SUPER Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
