Company Overview: PSI Real Estate, established in 2007, is a well-established brokerage operating across Dubai, Sharjah/RAK and multiple locations in Europe. The firm is expanding its talent team to support growth across the UAE and European markets.
Role Summary: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment activities for the Dubai office and support hiring across Europe. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, work closely with hiring managers, and ensure recruitment processes align with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver timely candidate shortlists.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Represent the company professionally during candidate engagement and employer-branding activities.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of proven recruitment experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and labour law.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional, positive personality.
