Desert Management is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Officer to join their team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a solid background in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across various industries.
The successful candidate should bring 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to meet staffing objectives
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
• Screen, interview, and assess applicants effectively
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations
• Ensure timely communication and coordination throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate pipelines for future job openings
• Track metrics and report on hiring progress and success rates
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 4–5 years of solid experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities
• Familiar with modern sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
