Strategy Consultant Required in Dubai

ADRES strategy department is recruiting. The department works with C-level executives, to identify, structure and help solve Real Estate’s most critical strategic issues across several initiatives and startups.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Description

You will typically perform the following tasks and responsibilities:

Work closely with strategy manager to develop strategies based on operational constraints
Participate in defining ADRES short and long-term strategy
Carry out reliable and accurate research and data collection
▪ Construct detailed business models/ financial models and perform scenario and sensitivity analysis

Conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, synthetizing and positioning the findings within the larger project context
Generate hypothesis and drive storyboarding process
▪ Develop solutions to complex problems and challenge the thinking of senior managers

Strong interest in driving strategic plans and measuring success
Reinforcing and strengthening ADRES competitive advantages through relevant analysis, focus and mobilisation
Be strong and effective team player
Advantageous skills, but not required:

▪ Arabic language skills

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree of Business related to the field

Minimum Experience: 2-3 Year

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Experience in a professional services firm with strategy/ financial consulting experience
An entrepreneurial spirit
Arabic language skills (Advantageous, but not required)
Ability to multi-task
