Storekeeper - Dubai

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory and ensure smooth warehouse operations at our KEZAD facility. The ideal candidate will maintain stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate record-keeping in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain stock levels according to the company’s inventory control system.
• Manage the receipt and release of stock, ensuring accurate updates in the inventory system.
• Liaise with staff and suppliers regarding purchase orders and stock requirements.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) and generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Unpack, label, and store items in their designated locations.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Keep accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to maintain availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and proper storage procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free store.
• Assist the maintenance team with additional duties as required.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar warehouse role.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good English communication skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
