We require 4 to 6 years’ experience (Sr. System Engineer ) in Avaya
BE graduate (computer science, IT or ECE)

Below knowledge is essential.

1. Avaya Certificate - ACIS in IP Office.
2. SIP, H323 knowledge
3. VM WARE AND LINUX
4. Midmarket
5. Cloud
6. Call center
7. Enterprises (added advantage)

Roles and Responsibility

Candidate should do complete Avaya server installation, IP Office installation , design BOQ, , remote support, license generation etc.
Avaya training for clients.
Clear technical doubts of clients.
Should support Sales people for technical query and also attend meetings with sales person to close order.
Should have experience in projects.
Driving license must

Employment Type:Full Time
Monthly Salary:6,000 - 7,999 AED
