Above and Beyond Properties is a company located in Dubai specializing in property leasing, sales, and marketing. We are looking for a versatile and creative individual who can seamlessly blend graphic design, content creation, photography, and videography skills to enhance our brand and communicate our message effectively.

Role Description

As a Graphic Designer, you will create visual content that highlights our properties and enhances our brand. Day-to-day tasks may include creating and designing layouts for marketing materials, developing branding, and choosing typography. You will work closely with a team of marketing to develop visually appealing and effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Design marketing materials like brochures and online ads.
Create visuals for our website and social media channels.
Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines.
Photograph properties to showcase their best features.
Edit and enhance photos for marketing use.
Create property tour videos and virtual walkthroughs.
Plan, shoot, and edit videos for online listings and social media.
Ensure video content is optimised for various platforms.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in graphic design, photography or videography, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong understanding of real estate photography, including lighting, composition, and retouching techniques.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
