Sr. Accounts Receivable Analyst - Dubai

We are hiring a motivated Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join Veritone’s finance team. In this role you will drive collections activity, post and reconcile customer payments, prepare invoices, and manage customer communications — all while helping maintain clean AR records and supporting month-end and audit processes.
What You'll Do:
• Lead collections for overdue accounts: contact customers, issue required invoices/statements, and follow up via email and customer portals.
• Maintain AR aging and keep detailed, accessible notes in the ERP so team members can track account status.
• Apply incoming payments accurately, investigate unidentified receipts, and resolve posting discrepancies.
• Process recurring monthly invoices and assist with month-end close tasks, reconciliations, and audit requests.
• Flag slow-paying customers, recommend escalation candidates, and communicate discrepancies to management.
• Build collaborative relationships with sales, finance, and customers to resolve disputes and accelerate collections.
• Ensure AR and revenue recording follow GAAP and SOX requirements.
• Identify and help implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
What You'll Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of direct accounts receivable experience.
• Strong knowledge of standard AR billing and collection practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Solid written and verbal communication and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Self-starter who can own projects end-to-end.
• Experience with Oracle is a bonus.
