Key_Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the annual training plan and budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to shape effective learning strategies.
• Design and implement in-house and external training programs to elevate employee performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers for optimal program delivery.
• Create and maintain engaging training materials and manuals to support knowledge transfer.
• Evaluate and improve existing training content for better learning outcomes.
• Monitor training ROI and effectiveness through robust follow-up mechanisms and assessment tools.
• Develop tailored induction programs for new hires, interns, and graduate trainees.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory training requirements (Central Bank, government, etc.).
• Generate detailed MIS reports and training-related statistics.
Qualifications:
• 8–10 years of banking experience with a strong background in Learning & Development.
• Solid understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end training cycles, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
