Of The Islands is looking for a Spa Educator & Trainer to join our mission of bringing magnesium-powered wellbeing to the world’s leading hotels and resorts.This is not your typical spa trainer role. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to go beyond massage techniques, someone who wants to educate, inspire, and lead a new conversation about wellness that’s mission-critical, not just pampering.

You’ll train teams at 5-star spas across Middle East Region, sharing the science and art of magnesium, nature’s essential mineral for modern wellbeing. You’ll help design signature treatments and elevate therapist knowledge, creativity, and confidence.Working with Of The Islands means becoming part of a movement of redefining what “wellness” means in today’s world. It’s an opportunity to position yourself as an expert in magnesium-based spa therapies and evolve from trainer to strategic wellness partner trusted by luxury resorts.Who you are:

Experienced in spa education, training, or massage therapy, comfortable in luxury environments
Passionate about holistic wellness and eager to learn more about magnesium and mineral therapy
A natural communicator who inspires teams and loves seeing others grow
Curious, flexible, and open to travel across Europe
English is our main language (other languages are a plus)
