Job Title: Solutions Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Duration: Full Time

Responsibilities:

Direct point of contact for all types of Sales Inquiries.
Update the current and new opportunities in the Market.
Prequalifying the company with Various EPC
Review and proofread incoming correspondences and reports; makes a preliminary assessment of the importance of materials & organize documents to be forwarded to the Sales Team.
Prepare & submit NDA/ EOI/BOQ/ PQ Documents/ Tenders as per the tender requirements and sales Manager approval.
Acknowledge and follow up on the RFQ receive
Create Job Code for Project, Product, and Maintenance Jobs and update the internal stakeholders
Coordinate Internally with Sales, Proposal, Finance, Project, Engineering & TAC Dept to collect the required documents for tender submission
Create the customer team and follow up closely to submit the offer as scheduled.
Arrange meetings with the proposal/sales team with clients/suppliers as per the requirements
Provide sales with commercial data to help them with sales strategy and Bonds
Maintain and update the proposal and sales working folders, registers, etc.
Maintain and update the End User, client, and Supplier Portal Log in Register
Arrange the Handover of won projects.
Crosscheck the approvals from the commercial on the purchase order and take the signature as per the Approval Matrix.
Managing Meeting and Travel schedules
Preparing the Visa documents and travel arrangements
The distribution and maintaining all confidential documentation
Check and confirm purchase orders before acceptance with the commercial team and take signatures as per Authority Matrix
Recommend processes, procedures, templates, and guidelines to improve the Tender Management Flow.
Maintain the proposal and Sales register and generate the report for management meetings.
Lead the Internal and External Sales Audit and update the Sales Team
Assist in the management of administrative and operational aspects of the Sales
Department.

Required Experience

Pre-Sales/Solutions management with 5-7yrs of experience in Design, Technical, Estimation, proposals, and Pre-sales for commercial/Oil&Gas;projects in ICT/Networking solutions like Data Centre, Cyber Security, IoT, Cloud, Collaboration & Unified Communication, Wireless, Networking, Cisco, HP, Communication systems, Data Centres, Control Systems, System Integrators, etc.
Selection of products, Preparation of Tender, BOQ & Pricing essential.
Techno-Commercial answers for tenders RFQ’ s/RFPs in different technologies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and contacts with suppliers, consultants, and contractor’s mandatory.
Planned Pre-sales strategies & proposal positioning in contrast to the competitors and demonstration of business prospects.
