Hiring Social Media Marketing Officer
Location: Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE
Aurum Everest Capital Investment LLC is seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Officer to join the team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about social media marketing, with a proven track record of driving engagement and growth on social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material.
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Manage and maintain our company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content, including text, image, and video content, for social media posts, advertisements, and website.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to track performance and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
• Coordinate with department heads or staff to discuss product and services to be advertised.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay informed about relevant industry news, events, and conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Home country experience will also be considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Taiwanese or Chinese, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Highly skilled in Graphic Designing Softwares i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva.
• Working on Wordpress is desirable.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
• Ability to interpret metrics and draw actionable insights.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Certifications in Graphic Designing is preferred but not mandatory.
