We’re Hiring: Social Media Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site, Full-time)
Design Craft is a premium custom office furniture brand in Dubai, and we’re growing our digital team!
We’re looking for someone creative and confident with a passion for organic video-first content — think Reels, TikToks, Shorts, UGC, and behind-the-scenes clips.
What you’ll do:
• Plan, shoot & post short-form videos for IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & LinkedIn
• Create UGC/EGC-style content — workshop, installs, BTS, team moments
• Edit with mobile tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva)
• Track performance & keep up with trends
• Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera
Who you are:
• Freshers welcome!
• Strong grasp of social platforms & trends
• Confident, creative, and camera-friendly
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Bonus: You love taking initiative and coming up with fresh content ideas.
