SME TECHNOLOGY Required in Dubai

Purpose

Drive the programs aimed at leveraging existing and future Building Technology implemented across the Properties

Responsible for providing the technical expertise and advice on Building technology (BMS, BIM, etc.) in order to enhance customer experience.

Main Duties

Drive strategic directions for Technology Usage and implementation aligned with business objectives
Provide insight on innovation in the Building Technologies, focusing on leveraging in place technologies, and new opportunities
Study and examine existing FM technology systems and recommend / implement improvements
Focus on leveraging the existing technologies in order to create value for the company and its Clients
Research, evaluate and recommend emerging relevant technologies
Identify the Gaps and Recommend efficiencies through new or improved technology
Recommend practices for continuous improvement of technologies
Implement hardware and software system solutions by defining and analyzing system problems.
Study and examine existing facilities technology systems and business models and recommend / implement improvements
Drive the development of the Technology road map
Lead the continuous improvement Projects impacting building technologies
Oversee requirements gathering, design, development, testing and implementation of new AFM technology systems and applications
Work with Internal and external teams in order to develop algorithmic capabilities that augment AFM operations.
This may include Artificial Intelligence (“AI”), Machine Learning (“ML”) and cognitive automation

QUALIFICATION

•Bachelor Degree Level (minimum)

•BIM, BMS, Building technologies experience: design, Project Management

• Min 10 years’ experience in experience, with increasing levels of responsibility.

• Proven track record in in developing, implementing and managing asset

• information systems.

• FM systems –BMS, SCADA, etc.

• Large complex Facility

• Software Development Lifecycle

• Innovation and Improvement

• Asset Management

• Document / Data control

• Building Modelling and optimization

• Change Management

• Strong planning skills

• Client Management

•Design a Technology implementation Strategic Plan

• Project management of improvement Pans and Strategic Projects

• Transition from legacy technologies to Current

• Drive a technology focus mindset across the organization

• Understand and promote future technologies
