Site Supervisor - Dubai

Job Overview:
ML-Manpower is looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to support site operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is open to UAE residents only and focuses on day-to-day site coordination, worker supervision, and ensuring safety and operational standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support site administration by tracking attendance for each shift and assisting with shift handovers.
• Carry out administrative and coordination tasks to help keep site activities organised.
• Supervise workers on-site, proactively resolving issues and ensuring tasks run smoothly.
• Monitor worker conduct and compliance with site rules to maintain productive operations.
• Ensure basic HSE compliance and report any safety concerns to management.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in site supervision or admin assistance within the UAE.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-site challenges calmly.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with teams and supervisors.
• Familiarity with HSE rules is an advantage.
