Shop Manager Required in Dubai

A Shop Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of the physical shops, consignment and wholesale shops, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

Representing the company in accordance with its values and philosophy.
Managing physical shop operations, developing a routine for opening and closing, ensuring efficient functioning of the shop, managing sales and providing maximum profitability.
Managing and administering accounting for all money-handling procedures, invoicing, daily balance and sales reports, weekly and monthly reconciliation reports.
Implementation of inventory system and updating based on the business scaling.
Controlling inventory to ensure sufficient stocks, daily and weekly counts.
Enforcing exceptional customer service and care based on the company values.
Seeking the ways to better promote the shops, product lines and services within the shops.
Managing consignment and wholesales shops - stocks, progress of sales, invoicing, linesheets. Ensuring compliance with consignment and wholesales contracts.
Managing loss prevention through security requirements, monitoring strategies, auditing paperwork and inventory levels. Managing properly damaged or inappropriate goods.
Ensuring the shops remain clean and presentable at all times.
Implementing human resources practices - training, supervising, managing work schedules, assigning responsibilities, setting sales objectives and measuring performance.
Ensuring all staff adhere to safety standards, company policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

Customer focus and communication skills
Business sense and well-developed commercial awareness
The capacity to grasp and implement new concepts quickly
The ability to multitask and work under pressure
Effective leadership and the ability to motivate others
The ability to plan and prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly.
Experience is inventory and retail is preferable
Willingness to learn, curiosity and self-motivation
Excel, computer literacy, understanding of accounting practices
UAE driving license and UAE valid visa
