Role Description
• This is a full-time on-site role for an SEO & Google Ads Specialist located in Dubai at The Floor Guys Technical Services.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO optimization, and competitor analysis.
• Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping.
• Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
• Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages to maximize ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with Google’s algorithm changes and industry trends to ensure best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with the content and web development teams to implement SEO-friendly content and page structures.
Qualifications
• Keyword Research, SEO Audits, and On-Page SEO skills
• Experience in Link Building and Web Analytics
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and strategies
• Certification in Google Ads and Google Analytics is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• At least 2 years of experience in the UAE market
