About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Store Keeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising store operations, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials at site or warehouse locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including receiving, issuing, and storing materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory checks.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of all materials, tools, and equipment.
• Supervise and train junior storekeepers and helpers.
• Prepare and submit inventory reports, stock movement logs, and material consumption summaries.
• Identify and report any stock discrepancies, damage, or loss.
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards within the store.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in storekeeping.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Excellent record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle store-related tasks on-site.
