Senior Sales Manager Required in Dubai

As a Senior Manager of Secondary Market in a Dubai office of an International real estate brokerage firm, we are looking for a broker with 2 years of experience on Secondary Market.

Key Responsibilities:

Confident skills of deals on Secondary Market
Client Relationship Management
Investment analysis and consulting
Property management support
Create listings for sale and leasing of properties
Negotiate processes and consult with clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Ideal Requirements:

Real estate agent’s or broker’s license under RERA is preferred but not essential.
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent in UAE.
Strong track record of sales
Negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Good knowledge of the local property market.
Hold a valid UAE Driving License.
