Senior Sales Manager Required in Dubai
A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting a Senior Sales Manager – Genomics to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The main responsibilities will include:
Identify and compete for new sales opportunities, and with experience in value-based selling; whilst further developing and enhancing relationships with established customers.
Design and implement a strategic business development plan that expands the company’s client and customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
Draft, review and negotiate proposals/ contracts.
Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the business development, sales team and regulatory.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Candidate must be based in UAE.
Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably Postgraduate degree in healthcare/ Life science.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Genomic Commercial Roles, Sales, sequencing Technologies and Services. Preferably previous experience working in Middle East.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
Good decision-making skill, great problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Leadership in development of business strategies/tactics.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to travel 50% as required.
