We're Hiring: Senior Recruiter (White Collar & Blue Collar)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
SEIS is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team! We’re looking for someone with expertise in both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment, particularly in bulk hiring for blue-collar positions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar positions
• Specialize in bulk recruitment, ensuring a quick and efficient hiring process
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and direct outreach
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Build relationships with staffing agencies and external partners
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and recruitment best practices
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment
• Strong background in bulk hiring for blue-collar roles
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and market trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
