This role is pivotal in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the company’s overall growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales experience, strong market knowledge, and a passion for real estate.
Senior Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan Sales
Key Responsibilities:
• Specialize in selling off-plan properties and developments in Dubai and other key markets.
• Work closely with developers to market new projects and stay updated on project timelines, specifications, and pricing.
• Provide clients with detailed information about upcoming developments, investment opportunities, and property specifications.
• Negotiate sales deals and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain and build relationships with investors, developers, and clients to foster repeat business.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and identify potential opportunities in off-plan sales.
• Attend property exhibitions, events, and meetings with developers to stay informed about new projects.
• Provide clients with personalized advice, and offer solutions tailored to their specific investment goals.
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record in Off-Plan Sales
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including trends, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• A UAE driving license is Mandatory.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
