Senior Quantity Surveyor - Dubai

JSI Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in quantity surveying, cost management, and contract administration, with proven experience in the UAE or GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets
• Manage contracts, variations, and claims effectively
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget
• Conduct quantity take-offs using AutoCAD and PlanSwift
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Provide commercial and cost advice to project management
• Prepare progress claims, reports, and final accounts
• Mentor and guide junior quantity surveyor staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in UAE/GCC
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and PlanSwift software
• Proficiency in cost management and contract administration (FIDIC)
• Solid understanding of FIDIC & POMI regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
