Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Copri Construction Enterprises is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support major infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. We’re seeking a results-driven professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for excellence in cost management.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Quantity Take-off – Ability to extract accurate quantities from drawings/specs for pricing & planning
• Cost Plans – Preparing structured cost plans aligned with project stages
• Cost Baseline – Establishing and tracking the approved project budget
• Budgeting – Controlling and forecasting project costs effectively
• Contracts Management – Handling variations, claims, and ensuring compliance with contract terms
• Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in Roads & infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, CostX, Planswift, or similar
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
