Senior Process Associate — Marketing Analyst - Dubai
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Process Associate to join the marketing operations function as a Marketing Analyst. In this role you will build, test, monitor and troubleshoot marketing automation campaigns, coordinate releases, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and operate without errors. The ideal candidate thrives in a matrix environment, enjoys a dynamic workload, and has a solid mix of technical curiosity and marketing operations sense.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Coordinate development (beta) and production releases, ensuring quality assurance standards are met before campaigns go live.
• Perform thorough QA testing and validate campaigns for accuracy and completeness.
• Create and maintain project plans that communicate tasks, milestones, status and resource allocation.
• Assist technical teams with design and development activities using software life-cycle methodology.
• Build, activate and monitor marketing automation campaigns according to scope and timelines provided by marketing stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot campaign errors and integration issues, working closely with tech-stack administrators to resolve problems quickly.
• Produce campaign and email status reports on request and communicate build statuses to stakeholders.
• Help define campaign requirements and objectives with relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Understand end-to-end lead generation flows — from capture through lead assignment and Salesforce conversion — to advise on campaign strategy and lead goals.
• Escalate and document issues, and contribute to process improvements that increase reliability and turnaround times.
Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working on marketing operations, campaign builds, or related functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce clear status updates and reports.
• Analytical mindset and a willingness to learn marketing and sales systems used to manage campaigns and leads.
