Who we’re looking for:
We want a results-focused PPC professional with flawless English who enjoys solving problems and driving measurable outcomes. You design, launch, and optimize campaigns that generate qualified leads and convert to revenue. You’re comfortable managing budgets, analyzing real-time performance data, and collaborating with marketing to turn insights into signed contracts.
Here are some things you might do:
• Build, launch, and continuously optimize paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Manage daily account tasks and oversee the performance of the accounts you own.
• Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Optimize bids, quality scores, and other key account metrics.
• Write persuasive ad copy and test variations to improve CTR and conversion.
• Recommend and implement strategies for targeting, campaign structure, display, and bidding in line with client goals.
• Track KPIs and produce weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor search performance across major channels and keep up with industry updates.
• Collaborate closely with other marketing team members to meet client objectives.
Characteristics that qualify you for the role:
• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on PPC experience across B2C and B2B campaigns.
• Practical experience with major paid platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Bing, etc.).
• Comfortable with website and campaign analytics (Google Analytics and other reporting tools).
• Able to manage moderate-to-large PPC accounts across multiple verticals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Tactical and strategic thinker who turns analysis into actionable steps.
• Fast learner who proactively seeks best practices; relevant certifications are a plus.
