We’re Hiring: Senior Operations Executive – Dubai
A reputable client in Dubai is seeking a Senior Operations Executive to oversee and optimize their Manpower division’s processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and develop efficiency-driven policies
• Liaise with departments & clients for seamless workflow
• Identify & resolve operational issues while ensuring quality standards
• Handle client concerns & escalations
• Collaborate on strategic plans & process improvements
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in manpower mobilization & operations within the UAE market
• Mandatory UAE Driving License
• Proven experience in Operations Management (Manpower/Facility Management industry)
• Hands-on experience with ERP & HRMS systems
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: Up to AED 6,500
• Visa & insurance benefits provided
