Senior Motion Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

We are looking for a highly creative Senior Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team full-time at our Dubai office.

This role is for someone who goes beyond editing videos. We are looking for a visual storyteller who can transform ideas into high-performing content that captures attention and delivers measurable business results.

You will create premium commercials, social media campaigns, motion graphics, brand films, and performance-driven creatives for leading brands across multiple industries. You'll work closely with our creative, marketing, and strategy teams to bring bold ideas to life.

Responsibilities

Create high-end motion graphics and animations.

Edit premium commercials, Reels, and social media content.

Produce engaging performance creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms.

Apply professional color grading, sound design, and visual effects.

Develop visually compelling storytelling through motion and editing.

Collaborate with content creators, designers, marketers, and account managers.

Use AI-powered creative tools to enhance workflow, creativity, and production efficiency.

Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously introduce innovative editing techniques.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience.

Expert in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Excellent understanding of motion design principles, pacing, typography, and composition.

Experience creating commercial advertisements and social media campaigns.

Strong sense of storytelling and creative direction.

Experience using AI creative tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling, or similar platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Bonus Skills

Cinema 4D or Blender.

DaVinci Resolve.

3D Motion Graphics.

Experience in advertising agencies.
