We’re Hiring: Senior Manager Warehouse & Material Management
Looking for a self-driven, goal-oriented Senior Manager - Warehouse & Material Management with a proven track record in:
• Managing modern warehouse operations and material management.
• Optimizing international supply chains and ensuring operational excellence.
• Leading site operations and driving team performance.
• Material/supply planning and purchasing.
The role, based in Jebel Ali, Dubai, offers the chance to oversee end-to-end warehouse and materials management operations while maintaining high standards of health and safety, regulatory compliance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a small and motivated team responsible for material planning, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure the maintenance and regulatory compliance of the Jebel Ali site and infrastructure.
• Oversee purchase planning, goods-in and goods-out logistics, and quality control to meet customer needs.
• Input into demand forecasts in coordination with the sales department.
• Maintain accurate records and report weekly/monthly performance metrics via ERP and CRM systems.
• Drive a culture of honesty, transparency, and compliance within your team.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing and optimizing distribution-based businesses in a similar sector.
• Strong expertise in ERP, CRM, WMS, MS Office, and data analytics.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the MENA region.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal staff, customers, and suppliers
• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Salary: AED 18,000
