Senior Leasing Manager Required in Dubai

Nakheel is currently recruiting a Senior Manager - Leasing (Luxury) to join its team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Assisting the Luxury Leasing Director in the day to day functions of leasing
Leasing out vacant spaces in both existing malls and upcoming projects
Developing and sustaining strong relationships with key luxury groups
Responsible for all leasing functions which may include reviewing and negotiating complex lease transactions and agreements
Plan and implement the market research of new brands and international luxury retail trends
Assist in timely reporting of leasing timelines, goals and tenancy mix progress

In order to be considered for the role, the successful candidate will possess the following skills / key attributes:

Degree qualified or equivalent - ideally in Business Administration
Minimum of 5-7 years in retail leasing, preferably in luxury retail
Leasing skills and ability to execute leasing contracts
Understanding of leasing process. rent structures and legal terminology associated with leasing
Budgeting and forecasting experience
Strong written and oral skills
