As a Senior Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in talent acquisition and nurturing outstanding performance, connection, teamwork, and trust. You will assist with achieving the best organisation design and talent density. By assessing the results of performance evaluations, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our workforce for global competitiveness.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

Performance Management

Administer and coordinate a performance appraisal system to inspire high achievement and diagnose performance problems.
Identify opportunities for enhancing performance by analysing employees’ behaviour and interaction at the workplace.
Formulate professional development plans by documenting and analysing staff members’ goals and their required skills.
Contribute to a company structure that will take our business to the next level by expertly handling organisation charts and reporting lines.
Maximise employee performance and business outcome by creating a roadmap to support our long-term goals, using meticulous HR analytics and action planning.
Assist with strengthening employee-management relations in all our offices.

Requirements

A university degree in a related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
Demonstrable experience in analytical and data management and exceptional skill in translating data into action planning.
Excellent knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Highly adept at making quick, informed decisions.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
