A fantastic opportunity just opened up for a dynamic Senior HR Specialist to join a leading multinational organization in Dubai. This role is ideal for HR professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being hands-on across the full employee lifecycle – from payroll and C&B to HRIS and operations.
What you’ll be doing:
• End-to-end Payroll Management (Fixed & Variable)
• Compensation & Benefits and HR Data Reporting
• Full-cycle HR Operations: Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding
• Policy Implementation, Employee Engagement, and Compliance
• Working on HR systems (SuccessFactors/Adrenaline is a plus)
• Promoting Health & Safety culture within the organization
What we’re looking for:
• 8+ years of HR experience, including Payroll & C&B
• Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Urdu
• Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
• Must be available to join within 30 days
Work Location: Business Bay, Dubai
