Position Title: Senior HR Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

About the Client:
Steel Fabrication Company specializing in structural steel, roofing, steel tanks, decorative steel, structural and non-structural steel.

Job Description:
 Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding for both blue-collar and white-collar roles in the construction industry that includes complete the end to end process of recruitment and performance management system
 Responsible for Trade Licenses and relevant statutory compliances, such as applying and obtaining New Trade/other required Licenses and approvals, renewal of existing Trade/Other Licenses/approvals
 Responsible for Time and Attendance/Compensation and Benefits and Employee Records, staff well-being and welfare, etc.
 Responsible for Training and learning development. Coordination and conducting of technical training by Company and other Contractors as and when required
 Perform updating and adding new company policies that will help in improving overall HR functions

Qualifications:
 Open to Pakistani nationals
 Male, 50 years old and below
 At least 3 years experience in HR and Administration in the construction industry
 Must have experience in end-to-end blue and white-collar recruitment, trade license applications, and creating and implementing new company policies
 Knowledgeable of latest MOHRE labor laws
