Senior HR Generalist - Dubai

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join a busy restaurant group in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage core HR functions across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting employee engagement and legal compliance in a fast-moving F&B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and exit procedures.
• Lead payroll coordination and ensure timely, accurate salary processing.
• Maintain full compliance with UAE labour law and internal company policies.
• Support HR needs for multi-location teams, handling employee relations and operational HR queries.
• Implement and drive HR initiatives to boost staff retention, performance, and engagement.
• Prepare HR reports and collaborate with management to align HR strategy with business goals.
Candidate Profile:
• Proven HR experience within the hospitality or F&B sector is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities across locations.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
