What you'll do

participate in research; work with references; quickly immerse yourself in new industries, study competitors, audience segments, marketing trends, and translate research findings into visual solutions that solve business problems
conduct calls with the team and clients: present references, concepts, and final results
work with branding: logos, colors, typography, brand elements, corporate graphics, creating guidelines
collaborate with our 3D design team — develop concepts, set tasks, help with storyboarding and scripts
create assets for digital platforms — social media, performance advertising in various formats and sizes
develop communication web design — pages, websites, interactive projects, from structure to final layouts for developers
assist the communication strategist in packaging meanings, create creative concepts for key visuals, banners, and special projects
animate web and creative assets (would be a strong advantage)
occasionally work with print and offline materials
design case studies and participate in creating presentations

Experience & Skills

4+ years of experience in graphic/communication design
portfolio with implemented projects
experience participating in research and brand strategy development
asynchronous communication and remote work skills
