We are seeking a highly autonomous, senior-level English-speaking Graphic Designer with strong expertise in premium brand execution, visual communication, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design Execution

• Design high-quality visual assets across digital, print, event, and corporate communication channels

• Create visually engaging sales tools, brochures, congress materials, presentations, social assets, website visuals, and branded collateral

• Adapt technical and clinical content into compelling premium visual storytelling

• Ensure strict adherence to established brand guidelines while contributing creative refinement

• Independently optimize layouts, hierarchy, and visual clarity

Strategic Design Contribution

• Translate business and communication objectives into impactful design solutions

• Proactively propose visual improvements, enhancements, and innovative design approaches

• Balance guideline compliance with elevated creative execution

• Maintain high standards of premium visual identity

Leadership & Team Collaboration

• Operate as a senior creative leader within the design ecosystem

• Collaborate effectively with domestic internal teams, marketing leadership, product teams, and external agencies

• Provide structure, direction, and premium execution standards across projects

• Support coordination of external design or motion partners when needed

• Help elevate overall team design maturity through strong creative leadership and operational excellence

Motion & Multimedia

Support or directly execute:

Motion design
Video editing
Animated visual assets
Corporate videos
Event screen content
Coordinate effectively with external motion design agencies when needed
Ensure consistency between static and motion assets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory:

• English speaker

• Senior-level graphic design experience

• Exceptional eye for premium, modern, and structured design

• Strong autonomy and ownership mindset

• Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration capabilities

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills:

Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
Premiere Pro
After Effects (preferred)
Advanced Canva proficiency
Strong layout, typography, and branding capabilities
