Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Dubai, UAE (Full-Time)

Our client is a dynamic and innovative events and experiential agency based in KSA and UAE. They specialize in creating immersive and unforgettable brand experiences that captivate audiences.

Position Overview:

As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our clients campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of design trends, both local and global, and can lead a team in creating visually stunning elements across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with the creative team, ensuring that all designs align with the agency's creative vision and meet the unique brand identities of our clients. Additionally, as the creative director's visualizer, you will be responsible for creating dynamic pitch decks that showcase our creative concepts.
Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:
Lead the graphic design team in conceptualizing and executing visual elements for campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and impactful design approach.
Stay updated on local and global design trends, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
Multi-Platform Design:
Create visually compelling digital content, print materials, and branding collateral that resonate with target audiences.
Ensure consistent design language across various platforms and materials.
Brand Alignment:
Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure that all designs align with the agency's creative vision and clients' brand identities.
Provide guidance to junior designers on maintaining brand consistency.
Pitch Deck Creation:
Develop dynamic pitch decks that effectively communicate creative concepts to clients.
Act as the visualizer for the creative director, bringing concepts to life in a visually engaging manner.
Quality Assurance:
· Review and approve designs to ensure they meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
In-depth knowledge of both local and global design trends.
Proficiency in design software and tools.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
