Due to this exciting growth, we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Dubai, UAE.

To join our team you will have:

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or qualified in a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 5 years experience as a senior creative designer or similar senior creative role.
Strong conceptual and design skills in Corporate Identity and Branding, Digital & Social Media Marketing, Multimedia Content Development, Media Production, Communication, and Dissemination techniques, Motion Graphics, UI/UX, Typography, Advertisements (Both Print and Digital), and in Production (Photo, Print, and Video).
Thorough working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Figma (or Adobe XD), Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and WordPress or HTML 5.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to successfully reach deadlines on time.
Good knowledge of social media, audience engagement, and share-worthy content.
Exceptional communication skills in English and other languages are also desirable but not essential
Currently based in the UAE.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery.
Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing of design works that meet campaign strategies from concept to completion
Reviewing designs to ensure they meet company brand standards or reviewing marketing materials to ensure they are effective at promoting the company’s products or services.
Project managing of all design assignments, ensuring all work is produced on time.
Ensuring all design work produced is compliant with the brand and meets the brand guidelines.
Ensuring the design team promotes our brand through delivering high-quality pieces on tight deadlines.
Closely working with the Head of Marketing and other key members of the marketing team to align on all ongoing communications plans.
Working on the branding and launching of sub-brands and new projects within Creative Zone Group.
Pitching ideas and campaigns to elevate the brand positioning and subsequently assist in generating more leads.
Working closely with the development team to ensure landing pages are visually appealing with a proper UX/UI design.
Establishing timelines for projects and managing the workflow to ensure that deadlines are met.
Coordinating with external vendors for any media requirements of the group.
Leading multimedia productions from set up to post-production.
Overseeing the design QA process, as well as developing visual design brand guidelines and design templates for designers to use and adhere to.
Maintaining a high level of team engagement and motivation in the creative department.
