Senior Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for managing all design projects from concept to delivery, creating original artwork and guiding the overall visual identity of the company.

Principal Accountabilities:

Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to create outstanding visual content for website, emails, social media, third-party digital platforms, print and more
Always ensure consistency and quality of design across all channels
Contribute to the evolution of our brand from a visual point of view
Support creation of company-wide branded assets for internal and external use (e.g. presentations and videos)
Communicate with teams across the organization on project requests, timelines, and progress
Manage photo and video shoots and work with internal and external teams to execute our vision
Produce engaging videos with stock footage as well as animated footage of our app
Collaborate with third party vendors for online and offline projects
Adapt brand guidelines to each online and offline channel together with the Director of Brand Marketing
Keep up to date with trends across social media, graphic design, photography, and video — propose new ideas and share insights with the team

Qualifications & Experience:

Extensive work experience as a Graphic Designer or Art Director at an agency or brand
Master the Adobe Suite
Ability to translate business goals into innovative, meaningful, and differentiated digital, interactive, social, and viral brand experiences
A solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and colour theory
A portfolio that demonstrates passion for design and shows stylistic breath, attention to detail, and usability
Ability to communicate well with team members and articulate rationale for design decisions
Ability to manage a broad range of projects at once and meet deadlines
A pulse on what is relevant in culture, design, and technology, and can push for and help set trends
A self-starter attitude with an ability to deliver relevant and impactful designs under time pressure
Proficiency in HTML, HTML5 and CSS with a strong emphasis on responsive and multiple device design and development
