Senior Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

Our company is searching for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to create interactive digital content. You'll be responsible for producing content that matches the multiple hospitality and F&B brand’s identity, aesthetic, and marketing strategy, including social media graphics, website banners, promotional artwork, packaging/print design, photography, editing.

The ideal candidate should be able to efficiently combine creativity, functionality, and technology to produce eye-catching and informative content. In this role, organizational and technical skills are key, and all candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of design software programs. You have to be aware and be able to implement the brand collaterals to all of the appropriate new design and content trends.

You must have a genuine desire to do brilliant work and be self-efficient and proactive. Pushing creative standards and boundaries across print and digital, you will ensure any creative brief is fully explored and delivered to the highest standards. You will report to and work directly with the Group Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the design, artwork for hospitality group and production of all work for all 3 restaurants.
Responsible for applying and co-ordinating the design and brand look and feel, across multiple platforms where required.
Strong awareness of design and production processes to challenge design brief and solve design problems.
Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content, including email templates, social media, and promotional artwork, and photography/videography.
Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all platforms.
Supporting the PR Manager with smooth implementation of new content.
Providing advice and protecting branding guidelines on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
Working on merchandising, supporting in franchising, and expanding the brands, adapting the collaterals to the new market.
Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments
You would be required to create 4 posts for each venue under ELH Group.

What Are We Looking For?

Recognised Bachelor design degree.
Experience within the Middle East preferred, but not essential.
6+ yrs. relevant experience, with Proven experience in a web designing role.
Versatile and open mind.
Meticulous crafting and attention to detail.
Fast Learning and Creative Problem-Solving skills.
A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
Solid knowledge of design software programs and Photography/Videography.
Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for new brands, campaigns, and projects.
A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills using Adobe InDesign, Corel draw and Illustrator
