Senior Financial Reporting Analyst Required in Dubai

Job Purpose

To collect, review and analyze financial data and report on the financial health of the Firm to support the management in making informed financial decisions

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Provide analysis on M&A activity and prepare business plans for expansion projects.
Gather, analyze financial data, and generate financial reports for management review.
Identify and highlight potential risks and opportunities associated with the support given.
IPO assessment and financial analysis.
Identify any errors in entries / gaps in financial performance and escalate for timely action.
Identify and address variances in actual versus spent / planned.
Carry out periodic checks of accounting ledgers to ensure there are no errors.
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Report and analyze monthly financial performance.
Develop BI reporting
Implement and develop new ERP system.
Analyze and initiate KPIs for business management.
Provide analysis on M&A activity and prepare business plans for expansion projects.
Support the integrated business planning process.
Prepare annual budgets and quarterly budget reforecasts.
Consolidate the financial statements of the group.
Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
Compare and analyze actual results with budget and forecasts.
Assist with monthly journal entry and financial close process.
Coordinate the year-end closing activities.
Lead cross functional projects.
