Senior Financial Analyst Required in Dubai

You’ll be joining a growing Finance Department of a Global Leader!

Reporting to the Regional FP&A Manager your main objective will be supporting the decision-making process driving the profitability of the business.

Key responsibilities:

Sustainable Profitability of the Business

· Developing financial, statistical and management reports to support the region's strategy

· High-level financial reporting and analysis

· Support the development of detailed budget and financial forecasts

· Design and maintain an early alert process for financial tracking, ensuring accurate data for all financial results

· Proactively carry out value-added analyses on financial data

· Collaborate with financial control personnel to ensure consistent financial data reporting processes and results

· Provide perspective on business results across multiple countries

· Review accruals with accounting monthly

· Establish a monthly reporting package, P&L, profitability, expenses, etc.

· Prepare and submits the Latest Best Estimate (LBE) cycles

· Monitor overdue accounts

· Performs any other task/activity that might from time to time be identified by the manager.

· Establish and maintains bonus, discount, sales deduction analysis, and tracking reports

Key requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance
5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in a global organisation is a must-have requirement
Proven ability to take responsibility for assigned projects and initiatives
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and successfully manage competing expectations
Able to present/articulate business matters concisely and knowledgeably at various levels of detail depending on the audience
Attention to detail yet able to prioritise and understand the bigger picture
Advanced Excel skills
