SENIOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT REQUIRED IN DUBAI

Proficient in financial accounting with excellent analysis and reconciliation skills. Can create relevant management reports and can effectively communicate it to the Owner. Can act as a consultant and advisor to the Owner based on analyzed data and projected forecasts. Can act and work for the company's benefit with no supervision. Shall be able to perform the following duties:

1. Responsible for the day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
2. Records financial transactions and maintains financial records.
3. Preparation and reviews of journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations
4. Prepares financial statements assets, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
5. Reporting of company's financial reports to the Owner and provide assessments of the company's performance.
6. Budgeting, managing and filing VAT payment returns.
7. Creates and provides relevant reports needed for the effective operation of the business.
8. Initiates, suggests, supports and implements necessary changes to maximize company profit
8. Oversees the company's day to day operation.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
2. Strong financial and technical accounting knowledge and experience
3. Real Estate and Stock Trading / Investment experience
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong IT skill particularly Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks
6. Possess excellent attention to detail, problem solving and organizational skills
7. Strong work ethics
8. Preferably Filipino
