We are looking to hire a FEMALE Arabic-speaking customer service representative for one of our projects in the health and wellness industry.

The candidate must be dynamic and able to handle and manage customers requests through different channels; such as the website, WhatsApp, email, or events.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about services, products, pricing, and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Arabic Speaking
